this means:

Centrelink assistance is approx. $105.00 per fortnight, so the cost
to resident for rent is approx. $70.70 per week.
Couple Pensioners:
Centrelink assistance is approx. $59.25 per fortnight, so the cost
to resident for rent is approx. $93.60 per week.
Macquarie Shores Current Site Fees are $123.20 per week.
Other fees are:-
$15.00 boom gate operator deposit.
$15.00 lease preperation.
NO stamp duty
